Recipe: Apple Pie Protein Shake

It’s officially Fall and we’re craving all the pies, apple cider and delicious foods we’ve come to associate with the changing leaves and cooling temperatures. If you’re looking to “splurge” without ruining all the awesome progress you’re making in the gym, then check out this recipe for an Apple Pie Protein Shake! Made with Ascent Protein (the official protein provider of Iron Tribe Fitness), this recipe will give you all the good Fall vibes. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein
  • 1 cup water 1/2 apple sliced and peeled
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
