Iron Tribe West Midtown, founded in 2016, is located on Howell Mill Road in the heart of a newly revitalized area of historical neighborhoods, retail and restaurants. A perfect stop on your to or from work; we offer classes as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:00pm. Our close-knit community and personable coaches make us more than just a gym. We offer a variety of classes with barbell movements, High Intensity Interval Training, and plyometrics and agility. Outside of classes, we love walking down the street to Monday Night Brewery, going paddle boarding, running in charity events and hanging out together. Everyone is welcome, and no one will ever be intimidated.
