Located centrally in the historic Mid City area, Garden District, and Hundred Oaks neighborhoods of Baton Rouge. Iron Tribe Mid City is a stand-alone building on S. Acadian between St. Joseph’s Academy and Catholic High School, Iron Tribe Mid City offers the best HIIT-based fitness training in Baton Rouge. Our unique approach to fitness only requires 3 X 45-minute sessions per week and blends one-on-one coaching with group fitness. Because we want you to get the most out of every 45-minute workout, we always provide two highly-trained coaches and limit classes to 20 participants. At Iron Tribe Mid City, it does not matter your age, gender, or fitness background. We are a community of like-minded individuals improving our health for the people we love, hobbies we enjoy, and our professions.
