BIRMINGHAM, ALA. — Iron Tribe Fitness recently named Josh Taylor as its new Vice President of Franchise Support. Taylor started working with the Birmingham-based fitness brand in 2014, managing the downtown Birmingham gym. He later went on to manage the gym’s Highway 280 location, where he quickly grew the facility to be the company’s top-earning store.

Forrest Walden, Founder and CEO of Iron Tribe Fitness, said he has no doubt that Taylor will continue to strengthen the ITF brand in his new role as vice president of franchise support.

Josh Taylor has been with Iron Tribe Fitness since 2014 and has helped two Birmingham locations grow. Now he will help lead the brand’s 30 franchise stores.

“This is a position and promotion that has been earned through blood, sweat and tears — literally,” Walden said. “I have and will continue to go to war with this man as we continue on our brand purpose to create fitness communities that change lives.”

In his new role, Taylor will work closely with Iron Tribe’s 30 franchise locations, helping them grow their gyms and positively affect the communities they serve. Along with franchise support, Taylor will also continue to help lead the brand’s marketing efforts, which focus heavily on Facebook advertising and other means of digital communication.

“We’re excited to use his talents to help grow our name in Birmingham and around the country,” Walden added. “Our goal at the end of the day is to positively impact all those who walk through our gym doors, and JT has a proven history of doing just that.”
