BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Iron Tribe Fitness, one of the nation’s fastest growing gym franchises, recently named Ascent Protein as their official protein provider. Ascent produces their own whey and micellar casein proteins without any artificial ingredients, and is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their fitness.

Forrest Walden, CEO and founder of Iron Tribe Fitness, said that following a phased approach introducing the product to several gyms nationwide, the response was so positive that a partnership seemed logical.

“It was a game changer for so many people,” Walden said.

Ascent Protein’s products were introduced to Iron Tribe during the brand’s 45-day Spring Transform Challenge — one of Iron Tribe’s many annual challenges that encourage members to focus on their nutrition to get optimal results.

“We felt like Ascent was something our members have been wanting, and we were more than satisfied with the results of their products,” Walden added.

After meeting with Ascent representatives in early April, the two brands decided to formalize the relationship and begin a partnership.

“We felt like Ascent was something our members have been wanting, and we were more than satisfied with the results of their products,” Walden added.

“Iron Tribe’s focus on community, proper nutrition, and well-coached, high-intensity classes makes this a perfect partnership,” said Ascent Protein’s General Manager Paul Vraciu. “We are honored to serve their athletes.”

The partnership, which officially makes Ascent Protein the sole protein provider of Iron Tribe Fitness, is one that VP of Marketing Corbitt Chandler said will benefit everyone in the Iron Tribe brand.

“We’re excited to offer such a premium product in our gyms,” Chandler said. “Ascent’s vision aligns perfectly with our mission at Iron Tribe.”
