With so many kitchen gadgets and tools on the market, it can be overwhelming to figure out what’s the best option. We asked some of our coaches and staff members to weigh in on what’s in their kitchen. What we came up with is the ultimate list of kitchen tools that can help you master (and maybe even begin to love) meal prepping!

1.) Meal Prep Containers

Arguably the most essential part of the meal-prep process (other than the actual food) is the set of containers you place the food in! We love these Rubbermaid food storage containers. They allow you to portion out all your proteins, carbs and veggies — and they have a great seal to ensure all your hard-work in the kitchen stays fresh!
