*perform 1 power clean in the 1st min, 2 power cleans on the 2nd min, 3 power cleans on the 3rd min, etc…
go until the reps are not completed for that minute.
Go through the ladder twice! Post rounds completed in each ladder.

An awesome workout today!!! I Loved it. I wish I had Tra’s advice before i worked out though. My thumbs are torn up. This one did a number on my back but overall all alot of fun and a very good full body workout!!

I loved this one!
It was nice to ‘go against the clock’- for the clock to stop me and me not having to stop the clock! It brought out a new sense of intensity! So fun!
I ran out of gas on this one…frustrating! Even with Tra yelling at me to go for a few more reps there was just nothing left in my tank. My cardio (or lack thereof) is holding me back on WODs like this. It’s a weakness that I am trying to turn into one of my strengths. I would love to do this WOD again once I’ve been at ITF for at least 6 months and my conditioning has greatly improved. Watch out!

8 blisters… and 1 rip after this one. Geez… That one hurt. Bad. I think I might need a “ROM” next to my name. My first 6, I wasn’t opening my hips a the top of the clean… still learning :/ thanks for the help, Shyla!

Loved It! Wrapping the thumbs and hands kept my hands from being ripped to shreads! Thanks for the heads up Tra. Gas was gone after 6 in the 2nd ladder as well as my back. Decided this time to stop before I hurt it again. Really enjoyed watching the 5:15 class first. I am amazed at how Mivvi did all those reps bare footed. Hurt my feet just watching her. Wonder if some of her blisters were on her feet. Keep it up staff. Great WOD!
