The exercise part (although incredibly intense) is the easiest part of this equation. As we all know, it’s the diet that is the hardest part. That’s because it requires a lot of thought, shopping, and time.

But, if you have not yet truly committed yourself to the Paleo diet, let me ask you an honest question:

“What kind of impressive results are you sacrificing by not committing fully to the stone age diet … and do you really want to continue down a path of getting subpar results?”

I don’t believe you or anyone else wants work this hard and not get maximum results!

And if I’m right about that – about you – then there can only be two reasons why you haven’t committed fully to a Paleo diet already:

1) A lack of convenience eating the Paleo way, or …

2) A lack of belief the results are worth giving up your current eating habits.

You’ve heard your coaches preach it before, “You can’t outwork a bad diet!”, and it’s true.

But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy your food to the fullest … and it shouldn’t be painful to eat this way either!

In fact, your food ought to make you swoon with delight.

The great food writer, Brillant-Savarin, once observed …
