Lose of some lbs. while maintaining muscle mass, increase endurance, maximize power and strength. Increase flexibility and develop great form.

Bio
Born and raised in Selma, Alabama where my parents and younger brother still reside. Graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Architecture (WAR EAGLE). Worked in both large and small firms. With the economic downturn sparked me to branch out on my own. Formed Walker Design Studio, specializing in residential and interior design. It’s scary and exciting at the same time. My roomate consists of my buddy Max, 4 year old Giant Schnauzer. I call him my roomate because he takes up as much or more square footage of my small house. He’s from champion bloodlines and we participate in dog shows, occasionally. Got into road cycling about a year ago as a way to diversify my fitness.
