Bio
Hmmm… you probably should ask someone who knows me, but then again … Basically someone who needs saltwater in his veins and would rather play than work, but knows when to separate the two. Someone who enjoys kicking back with a cold beer along with good conversation and good laughs. I have a sarcastic (and usually sophomoric) sense of humor and like to make fun of almost everything (including myself), so don’t get offended if I bust your balls. The most important character traits one should posses are honesty, integrity and loyalty. Believe in yourself, stand up for your convictions, but don’t take yourself too seriously.

Congrats on the new Murph PR! That’s awesome…I’m just hoping whenever that WOD comes up that I’ll at least be able to finish in under an hour. The other WODs are going great so far. Still trying to build up strength…before IronTribe I was literally doing no exercise so I still have a long way to go. But I absolutely love it!! Oh…and my husband bought me a pair of Vibrams as a surprise gift…so hopefully they will help with my lifts.
