I have found a piece of pizza does the trick. ;)

Early morning and out the door… These are some idea’s of what I have for breakfast as I drive to the gym —
A big glass of water & cup of coffee plus…
–2-3 Omelet cupcakes w/ 2 Banana fake cakes
–2-3 Boiled eggs w/ banana fake cakes OR 1/2 Lara bar
–Turkey, chicken or ham deli meat w/ sm apple + mixed nuts
–16 oz Pea protein shake w/ plain coconut milk & a piece of fruit (1/2 banana, sm apple, plum, cutie, etc.)
–dinner left overs that are not messy and good to eat cold!

I hope this helps give you some more ideas! And by all means, keep sharing with us. There are tons and tons of creative things we can do, we just need to try it and expose us to it!

We had almost the same thing. Chicken with sauteed red and yellow bell peppers and onions. Then the kids drug us to yogurt mountain!

Dinner: Chicken w/ red peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic toppped with salsa and avacado!
