We are a community, whose “sole purpose for being” is to live a life of action by actively serving God, our families, our members and our community at large.
We can do this only by becoming, and staying as healthy and fit as possible.
Therefore, we refuse to be a waste of skin on this earth by being unfit, unhealthy or useless to society.
We have deep convictions of what it means to really be FIT.
We have deep convictions of what it means to be an example.
And that means we practice what we preach.
We live the code.
So, Who Are We?
Women who want … to feel confident in our physical and emotional abilities at work, at play and to look good in the mirror …
Men who want … to be strong and warrior-like every day of our lives and to be physically prepared to “do battle” when we are called upon and needed, oh, and to look good in the mirror …
Mothers who need … an outlet to gain the strength and stamina to chase little energizer bunnies around all day long … and still have energy at the end of the day for their husbands and lover …
Fathers who need … an outlet to release daily frustration, stress and tension … all the while having the energy to play with his pride and joy – his children and his wife …
Business professionals who must have … the mental acuity, the physical stamina and the emotional stability to perform at the highest levels in today’s economically challenging times …
An aging male population who must … beat the 7 biggest threats to our health after we pass the age of 50 - 1. Arthritis … 2. Alzheimer’s and Stroke … 3. Heart Disease ... 4. Cancer … 5. Prostate … 6. Pain … 7. Loss of Vision
An aging female population who must … beat the 7 biggest threats to our health after we pass the age of 50 - 1.Arthritis … 2. Alzheimer’s and Stroke … 3. Heart Disease ... 4. Cancer … 5. Osteoporosis … 6. Pain … 7. Loss of Vision
High-school and college students and athletes who must … fight daily against negative peer pressure, compete for respect among class members, be physically prepared to compete in sports and to preform well academically.
Individually, we are each athletes of varying skill sets and abilities.
Even if you’ve never competed in a single sporting activity, we consider you an athlete if you …
-Ever had to run through a crowded airport to catch a connecting flight …
-Wrestled on the floor with your children or grandchildren …
-Ever played catch with a ball in the back yard …
-Load and unload groceries in and out of your car and home …
-Do yard work, wash laundry, drive a car, or ever lift something …
-If you ever pick anything up off the floor, lift anything over your head, or move an object somehwere …
-Climb a fight of stairs …
All of these activities (and many others) require various athletic skill sets.
All will place various levels of demands upon your body.
By our definition, that makes you an athlete.
What is Iron Tribe?
The program at Iron Tribe is your personal revolution in life as you know it.
It will change the way you think about fitness training, and it will show you how to achieve lasting health and fitness through evidence-based results.
That means that your own evidence (your own results) will prove to you that you are on the right track, and making the greatest gains of your life.
The program has been developed over decades of practice of ‘in the trenches’ application.
We deliver that program in a way that will allow you to become a generalist - running a 5k, climbing a small wall, and even moving heavy furniture will not seem like large tasks they once were! Everyday life rewards this kind of fitness and allows you to do things you once thought not possible.
The Iron Tribe program is also designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.
Why Iron Tribe Fitness?
In a single sentence: Because in our collective experience, this program works better than any other program we’ve ever seen.
And trust us, we’ve done dang near it all!
This is not a fad, it’s not faddish, and it’s not something that will come and go.
On the contrary, the concepts are proven, they’ve been around for years it’s just now that they’ve been thrust together when someone questioned:
“… now what if we did this again, but faster this time?”
Iron Tribe develops fitness through the most complete range of motion with movements that are suitable to people of all walks of life.
It does this by getting you off all the modern day weight machines.
It is not specialized, it is in fact the complete opposite – generalized.
This can be done by any able-bodied person and it will produceunparalleled results for those that are prepared to push their limits, to challenge themselves and their preconceived ideas of fitness.
It’s a training protocol for everyone who likes the idea of … Greater reward for greater effort.
What does that all mean?
Iron Tribe's program is designed to elicit the most extensive physical and mental adaptations possible.
It means your body is going to adapt to the new demands you’ll make of it.
Our program promotes correct posture and movement, it helps rehabilitate injury, it develops broad and inclusive fitness and it makes you look and feel good.
We use functional movements in constantly varied combinations and perform these at high intensity (yet always safely).
Who can Do Iron Tribe?
Every able-bodied person.
We scale the workouts to suit each individual.
Grandmothers, commandos, office workers and high school students all do the same movements with differing load and intensity.
This program can benefit you. It’s not easy but the rewards are significant.
What is involved in training at Iron Tribe?
First you complete an Iron Tribe 101, teaching you all of the basic movements involved in the programming as well as the diet that will elicit the fastest and most efficient fitness gains. This is a three-time-a-week class, for four weeks, and is a requirement for all beginners to participate in. Our Iron Tribe 101 graduates tell us that it's a blast, and has helped them realize that they really can do this!
Watch this short video to hear first-hand, from several 101 graduates on their amazing progress through this first month at Iron Tribe Fitness.
We offer classes morning, afternoon and evening. Monday-Friday, at our facilities around the nation. We also do special events and benchmark workout competitions on Saturdays for athletes from all Iron Tribe Fitness locations to participate in!
Classes are 45 minutes in length, and involve a warm up, WOD (workout of the day), and cool down. These three elements change every day and you never know what to expect.
